If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us to arrange return shipping instructions and your refund. Products considered to be defective can be returned to Nutrition Plus within 30 days from the invoice date. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a resolution. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received,
On occasion there will be errors and discrepancies on webstore items due to data entry errors and program glitches in uploading information. Nutrition Plus reserves the right to administer pricing and quantities based on the retail store's pricies and quantities.
Changing an Order:
Due to the complexity of our order processing system, once an order has been processed, orders cannot be changed or additions/deletions made through nutritionplus.com online. Please phone us at 1.877.269.5954 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your change and we will do our best to accomodate you so long as your order has not already shipped.
Cancelling and Order:
You may cancel your order if you call or email us before your order is processed and has shipped from the store. If the package has already shipped, you can still cancel your order but will incur all return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
