Chromium plus Vanadium contains one mole of chromium, two moles of nicotinic acid and two moles of amino acid, which provide greater bioavailability and stability. Other co-factors have been added to act as synergists and catalysts.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Chromium is an essential trace mineral which plays a critical role in the human system's GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor) structure. This structure is responsible for balancing blood sugar and insulin levels. This ensures a more efficient transportation system for glucose (fuel for metabolic processes) and amino acids into cellular structures.

Vanadium, also a trace mineral, has the ability to mimic the function of insulin, and thus creates a powerful anabolic and stimulating effect. It has been estimated that up to 70% of North Americans are deficient in these two minerals.

FUNCTION:

The use of an amino acid/niacin chelate ensures the stability, absorbability, and bioavailability of the chromium. Studies have shown this structure is 50% more bioavailable than chromium picolinate.

Vanadyl Sulphate is the best source of usable Vanadium, and has the least possibility of toxicity.
