Kaizen caffeine is simply a chemical isolate of the type of caffeine you find in coffee or tea. Each capsule provides 200 mgs of pure caffeine.

Suggested Use

It can be used on its own as an energy booster or to improve mental alertness. When used with ephedrine it dramatically enhances the effects. Take 1 200 mg tablet with every 24 mg of ephedrine.
