Recommended dose:

Adults: 4 capsules 1-3 times a day, not to exceed 4 caps (2000mg) per single dose.

Duration of use: 

Use for at least 1 month to see beneficial effects.

Directions for use: 

Avoid taking at bedtime. Take with food.

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source), hypromellose.

Known adverse reactions:  

Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion.

Cautions and warnings: 

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms worsen. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
