PROPHECY SUPPLEMENT FACTS & DIRECTIONS:

Mix 1 scoop (20g) of PROPHECY™ with 8 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 scoop (10 g) mixed in 4 to 8 oz. of water. Read entire product label and warnings prior to using.

Prophecy is a very strong pre-workout matrix, with 400mg of caffeine per scoop (approx. equivalent to 4 cups of coffee). Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants.
