Nanton Rhoziva Brain Formula
Nanton Nutraceuticals' Rhoziva pairs Rhodiola with several co-factors to help improve energy levels and mood. It is now also available in a Teens version, which has a slightly smaller dose of Rhodiola but adds another cognition-improving herb, Bacopa, and more vitamins and minerals, to help improve focus and alleviate anxiety.

Suggested Usage:
For those aged between 14 and 18 years: Take one capsule twice daily - one in the morning, and one in the early afternoon, with food, a few hours before or after taking any other medication you may be on. If you find the capsules difficult to swallow, you can open them up and mix their contents into a glass of water or juice.
