Each tablet contains:  
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg
Iron (ferrous fumarate) 35 mg
Manganese (gluconate) 2 mg
Folate (folic acid) 0.1 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredients
Desiccated Liver Powder 200 mg, Dextrose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended use
A factor in the formation and proper function of red blood cells. Helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia and is a factor in the maintenance of good health.

Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a health care practitioner.
