Recommended Dose (Adults)
Mix 10 g (1 scoop) into 250 ml – 500 ml (1-2 cups) of water or unsweetened fruit juice once daily, or as directed by your Health Care Professional. Follow with 1 cup of water. Use before breakfast and/or before and after workouts. It also makes an excellent Intermittent Fasting hydrator. Provides supportive nutrition for balanced diet and exercise plans designed for cardiovascular wellness.
Recommended Storage
Close lid tightly before storing and best if used within 30 days after opening. Keep refrigerated to prevent the powder from absorbing moisture, or store in a very dry place.
