Natural Factors Active B Complex with full-spectrum coenzyme B vitamins is a one-a-day formula suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is ideal for energy support, especially at busy times. Genetic differences in nutrient metabolism make it difficult for some people to assimilate standard forms of B vitamins, which may also be excreted before the liver can convert them.
