Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily with meals.
Each capsule contains:Indole-3-Carbinol 200 mgFlax Seed Lignan Extract 200 mg (Linum usitatissimum) (Seed Coat) Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Bran, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
