Peruvian Harvest® Dried Sacha Inchi Seeds – Source of Omega 3 & 6, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc and Manganese. Sacha Inchi is a plant that grows in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru. Its seed is rich in nutrients and essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9). Up to 25% omega 3 can be found inside a single seed. Peruvian Harvest ’ s Dried Sacha Inchi Seeds are made from carefully selected seeds, and go through our unique cold drying process in order to preserve all the natural properties they contain.
