Nanton Nutraceuticals' Rhoziva pairs Rhodiola with several co-factors to help improve energy levels and mood. It is now also available in a Teens version, which has a slightly smaller dose of Rhodiola but adds another cognition-improving herb, Bacopa, and more vitamins and minerals, to help improve focus and alleviate anxiety.
Rhodiola, a perennial flowering plant with adaptogenic properties, is often taken to help increase endurance and energy, not only for day-to-day-tasks, but for sexual function as well.

Non-active ingredients: Maltodextrin (organic - potato).
Suggested Usage:
Adults (age 18+): Take one capsule in the morning and one in the early afternoon, OR take two capsules in the morning. For best results, take 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. If you take it past the first half of your day, you may find yourself to be overly energized before bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place.
