Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Each tablet contains:

Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Tablet Coating (hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source)), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
