Ordered the 3 in 1 lotion. Received Nourishing lotion hands & body in error. Label and ingredients are totally different! I contacted your business with photos that should have been shipped. Your business replied Nourishing Lotion, (which is hands and body) is 3 in 1 . Clearly it is not 3 in 1 which is for hands, body and face, of which I have a bottle of at home and the product ingredients are not the same. I specifically ordered from you to receive 3 in 1 ! Nourishing Lotion hands& body is very heavy and you cannot use this on your face. Please credit me with a refund of the product and my shipping!
Returns Policy
