Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use in case of liver disorder or iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported.

Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Known adverse reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5′-phosphate)	50 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin and riboflavin-5′‑phosphate)	12 mg
Butternut squash (Cucurbita pepo var. moschata) seed 4:1 extract	10 mg
Inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free (vitamin B3)	6 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)	4 mg
Molybdenum (from molybdenum citrate)	150 mcg
Other ingredients: ᴅʟ‑Malic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
