Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily.
Each capsule contains:Chlorophyll (as Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin) 100 mgAlfalfa Powder (Medicago sativa) (Leaf) 250 mgNon-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or taking birth control medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. May cause urinary discolouration. If cramps or diarrhea occur, reduce the dosage.
