Usage:

Recommended Dose: 

Shake well before use. Adults take 2.0 ml up to 3 times daily. Hold in your mouth for 15 seconds then swallow.

Do not purchase if the product seal is broken or missing. Store away from children, in the original container out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Cautions and Warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have a hypersensitivity or allergy to herbs in the Laminaceae family (e.g. basil, hyssop, lavender, marjoram, mint, perilla, rosemary, sage, thyme). 
Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset or heartburn,
or if hypersensitivity occurs.
