DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 scoop of Ketosys™ with 8-10oz (250-300mL) of cold water. Adjust to preferred thickness. First time users may want to try using 1/2 a scoop initially to assess tolerance. First time usage of products containing coconut oil or medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) can cause gastric disturbance, which fade with more frequent use.
Warnings: For best results, this product should be used with a low carbohydrate diet and exercise program.
