Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic is a tangy, invigorating beverage of organic black strap molasses infused with a unique herbal tea fermented with 10 bio-active probiotic cultures at 3.5 pH making it the functional pro-biotic for maintaining good flora. Whether you like to mix it with water or juice or drink it neat in a glass, 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) is all you need for 3-6 billion CFUs. After opening, refrigerate and consume within one month.
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is a premium triple fermented food beverage which contains beneficial microbes that are essential for maintaining balanced micro-flora in your gastrointestinal tract. Having a healthy microbiome (healthy gut) promotes regularity, improves nutrient absorption and aids in digestion.
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ leverages an artisan blend of herbs, organic black strap molasses, and a recipe developed by probiotic pioneers over the last 20 years. Our 10 complementary probiotic strains were carefully chosen to provide a varied and broad-spectrum benefit and include L. acidophilus, L. casei, Bifidobacterium and more. Because of the complex flavours that occur from our ingredients and hand-crafted brewing, the taste of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is beautifully unique. Some describe it as tangy and reminiscent of an unsweetened apple cider with a delightful molasses aftertaste (all the sugars in the molasses have been fermented to 0 g in the resulting product). If you’re looking for a probiotic product that you can drink that has no dairy and 0 sugar, this is a great brand to try. People simply love Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™.
Did you know?
What truly defines a high-quality brand is how many different bacterial strains work together and are bio-available to provide as many benefits as possible. Other microbial products focus on the number of “CFUs” (“Colony Forming Units”). There’s a strong debate that supplements with hundreds of billions of active cultures are overkill and unnecessary.
Guess what? You won’t need to drink a lot of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ each day because each ounce gives you more than 6 billion CFUs comprised of 10 complementary probiotic strains (Bacteria that work together).
Shelf-Stable As It’s Naturally Preserved
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is naturally preserved as we let the triple-fermentation process continue until the pH level of the drink is low enough to reduce microbial activity (that is, the probiotics go dormant). Still, excessive heat can cause the bacteria to kick off another fermentation process which can create some CO2 in the bottle. That’s why we recommend before opening, Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ should be kept in a dark place (avoid sunlight) at a constant temperature preferably below 21°C. Also, it can be stored for a period of at least 12 months after production (see best before date on bottle) though.
Drink it Cold and Refrigerate Upon Opening
After opening, Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ needs to be stored in a dark and cool place below 8°C so in a fridge is best. Sediment can form at the bottom of the bottle so it’s fine to shake it gently before consuming. For the best drinking experience have it really cold! And for best quality try to finish the bottle within about a month of opening.
What’s in Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ and How’s It Made?
These ingredients undergo a hand-crafted triple fermentation process that creates a light amber coloured drink with these properties: 10 complementary probiotic strains that work together harmoniously a broad-spectrum of species including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium active aerobic and anaerobic bacterial cultures naturally preserved due to a low pH level living product resulting in minor taste variations from batch to batch.
With every 2 tablespoons or 1 oz of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™, you get over 6 billion bio-available CFUs of: Bifidobacterium animalis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subs. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides, Streptococcus thermophiles.
As the triple-fermentation of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ occurs over the course of about one month, the bacteria consume virtually all the food we give them. This means that in the final fermented product there are only very trace amounts of these 20 beneficial herbs: Angelica (angelica archangelica), Anise (pimpinella anisum), Basil (ocimum basilicum), Chamomile (matricaria recutita), Chervil (anthriscus cerefolium), Dill (anethum graveolens), Elderberry (sambucus nigra), Fennel (foeniculum vulgare), Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum), Ginger Root (zingiber officinale), Juniper (juniperus communis), Liquorice Root (glycyrrhiza glabra), Nettle (urtica dioica), Oregano (origanum vulgare), Parsley (petroselinum crispum), Peppermint (mentha piperita), Rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), Sage (salvia officinalis), Thyme (thymus vulgaris) Beet root, Stevia Extract.
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is vegan friendly, gluten, GMO and soy free.
Despite being made from black strap organic molasses, the triple-fermentation process actually converts almost all the sugars so that the final drink has 0 g (zero grams) of sugar per serving. So what’s great is that when you drink Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™, you get a whole lot (6 billion CFU) of probiotic bacteria and essentially nothing else. That means that this artisan probiotic beverage is vegan, gluten and soy free.
Also, unlike pills and powders, there’s no need for a protective coating for Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ to reach your intestines. Because the pH level is already similar to your stomach acid, our microbes don’t go through a “shock” and are able to cope with the harsh environment of the gastrointestinal tract.
Why These Ingredients?
These Probiotic Strains were chosen carefully and gradually over 15 years of in-field experience combined with in-lab analysis, love and patience. It wasn’t enough for us to simply say “Acidophilus is a probiotic so let’s pick a strain and put it in our drink.” Instead, we had to consider what other subspecies of good gut bacteria were commonly found in healthy animals (people included) and which specific strains would work best together. Answering this second question is part of the necessary magic to be considered one of the quality probiotic brands available on the market.
Once we chose which bacteria, we had to figure out how to combine them so they would properly ferment a food-source and proliferate themselves to maximize the benefit to your GI tract. We understand that bacteria are alive and we should treat them with respect so we created a slow triple fermenation process to ensure these friendly bacteria are designed for maximum bioavailability once consumed.
So suffice to say, there’s been a lot of thought put into Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ and experience that goes beyond the limited walls of a lab. We believe these years of applied research have helped to develop a superior quality product.
Summary:
Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ features a triple fermented formula which has a low pH (3.5 pH) that allows the cultures to safely transit through the stomach acid environment to the final destination of the small and lower intestines. The strains of bacteria have been carefully selected to perform as a community thus avoiding the competitive nature of many bacteria stains. These are complementary bacteria that work together.
