Recommended Dose:
Recommended dosage (adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics. Adolescents and children (6–17 years old (IBS)): 2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Cautions:
