Kelp is a type of seaweed with a high content of iodine, which makes it a very good remedy to maintain the proper function of the thyroid and other glands.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults: Take 1–2 tablets daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

WARNINGS

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

INGREDIENTS

Each tablet contains:
Iodine (from 225 mg of organic Norwegian kelp [Ascophyllum nodosum]) 225 mcg
Other ingredients: Sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, and silicon dioxide.
