DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 2 Capsules daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable grade), and Silica.
