Recommended Use May help to support a modest reduction in fat mass and an improvement to body composition when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.
Recommended Dose Recommended adult dose: 2 softgels 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
