Recommended Dosage & Usage
-
Daily Use: Take up to 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL; 40 drops) daily. Mix the drops into your beverage of choice at mealtimes. If it's your first time taking ConcenTrace®, follow the daily usage instructions above.
-
Remineralize Water: To improve the flavor of distilled, reverse osmosis, or purified water, add 20-40 drops per gallon or to taste (2-4 drops per glass).
-
Usage Notes: This product has a very strong natural mineral taste. It is recommended to mix it with juice or food and divide the serving throughout the day to mask the concentrated flavor. Do not refrigerate. A high intake of magnesium may cause a gentle bowel-stimulating effect. If this occurs, simply reduce your serving size.
