Suggested Usage:
Rhoziva Digest: Adults (age 18+): Take 1 to 2 capsules with lunch or dinner.

Rhoziva Digest: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder; or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
