It helps relieve mental fatigue, sensation of weakness, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate due to stress.
Ashwagandha is used traditionally in Ayurveda to improve mental and physical performance after periods of exertion. It is also used as a tonic to relieve general debility and support recovery from the effects of issues such as illness, poor nutrition, pollution, and heavy exercise. Clinical studies show that ashwagandha helps lower some physical biomarkers of stress, including cortisol and C-reactive protein levels, while also providing antioxidants to relieve oxidative stress.
Sensoril is a patented ashwagandha extract that works synergistically with Siberian ginseng and rhodiola to increase the body’s resistance to mental, physical, and emotional stress. Recommended use

Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 1–2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Stress/cognition (adults): 2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have any type of acute infection, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
