Ingredients:
Each Rhoziva AM capsule contains:
- 200 mg Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, Root) Extract dry standardized (Rosavins 3%)
- 20 mg Thiamine (Thiamine hydrochloride)
- 5 mg Riboflavin
- 20 mg Niacinamide
- 10 mg D-Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate)
- 10 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate)
- 0.2 mg Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate)
- 0.05 mg Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
- 0.1 mg Biotin
- 40 mg Magnesium (Magnesium citrate)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Hypromellose, and Turmeric.
Each Rhoziva PM capsule contains:
- 200 mg Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, Root) (Root) 30:1 Extract dry: 200 mg (QCE* 6,000 mg)
- 200 mg L-Theanine
Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Hypromellose, and Elderberry juice powder.
*QCE = Quantity crude equivalent of the plant material.
Suggested Usage:
Rhoziva AM: Adult 19 years and older: Take one capsule with food early in the day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking before/near bedtime.
Rhoziva PM: Adults 19 years and older: Take just one capsule, either in the evening or right before bedtime (if you find that works for you), or some time in the afternoon (if you find taking it later seems to interfere with your sleep), or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warnings:
Do not use the Rhoziva AM/PM Kit if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control medication. Avoid taking with alcohol or with products that cause drowsiness. Stop use if you experience more irritability or insomnia than before.
Some people may experience drowsiness: exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
