We've added Ashwagandha extract, Maca extract, and Ginkgo biloba extract to the original formula, greatly increasing its effectiveness.*

Ashwagandha is a plant that belongs to the nightshade family and is native to parts of India, Africa, and the Middle East region. The Latin name for ashwagandha is withania somnifera and it is also known as Indian ginseng and winter cherry. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps ease stress and has been used as a healthy tonic for generations. This herb of Ayurveda supports and complements the female and male sexual reproductive systems. Ashwagandha contains many medicinal compounds, including withanolides (steroidal lactones), choline, fatty acids, alkaloids, sugars, and amino acids. Ashwagandha has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces anxiety and depression without drowsiness. This ancient herb also supports immune function.*

The ancient Inca civilization used Maca root in many of their natural remedies. Maca, also known as lepidium meyenii, grows in the Andes Mountains, mainly in Peru. Maca is very high in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Many refer to maca as a “superfood”. This nutritious herb helps to increase libido, balance hormones, provide antioxidants, and boost energy levels. Maca helps to support emotional aspects of sexual health and also supports healthy mood balance during menopause.*

Ginkgo biloba has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Ginkgo improves circulation and also acts as an antioxidant. Improved circulation is important for helping women with sexual health, but it’s also important for mood improvement and overall cognitive function. Studies show that ginkgo helps to enhance memory in adults.*
