Each of these plant extracts is known to help support healthy urinary flow and healthy prostate function. NOW has utilized Pumpkin Seed Oil as a base for this product as a nutritional oil contributing essential fatty acids and phytosterols that are important for men's health. 

DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals.

Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) (Berry) 80 mg
(Standardized to contain 85% Fatty Acids)
Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) (Bark) 25 mg
(Standardized to contain 13% phytosterols)
Pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo) (Seed Oil) 750 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, carob extract, water).
