Red Yeast Rice (RYR) is a natural product that has been used by Asian traditional herbalists for centuries. It is produced by fermenting Red Yeast (Monascus purpureus) with rice. DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals.
