Suggested Dose:

Adult Women: Consume 1 capsule once daily. Take at least 2-3 ours before or after antibiotics. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store between 15 and 25 Celcius. Can be refrigerated for maximum potency and freshness.
