How does carb block with Phase 2™ help with weight loss?
Over the past few years as fat intake has dropped, carbohydrate consumption has increased. An average diet in North America provides almost 50% of total calories from carbohydrates. Also increasing carb consumption has been the rates of diabetes and obesity.
