Many conventional mouthwashes are based on chlorine dioxide, because it can neutralize sulfides (the waste products released by the bacteria feeding on the food particles and tissues in our mouths) by converting them to sulfates, which do not produce the smells responsible for bad breath or halitosis. The oxygen-releasing molecules of hydrogen peroxide found in Heritage Store Mouthwash are equally us to the task.

Adults: Swish 2 teaspoons of H.P.M. for at least one minute and expel. Use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a health professional.
