Nanton RHOZIVA 60 Vegetable Capsules
Nanton Nutraceuticals' Rhoziva pairs Rhodiola with several co-factors to help improve energy levels and mood. It is now also available in a Teens version, which has a slightly smaller dose of Rhodiola but adds another cognition-improving herb, Bacopa, and more vitamins and minerals, to help improve focus and alleviate anxiety.
Rhodiola, a perennial flowering plant with adaptogenic properties, is often taken to help increase endurance and energy, not only for day-to-day-tasks, but for sexual function as well.
Enhanced with a variety of minerals and vitamins necessary as co-factors for maximum absorption and benefits, Rhoziva from Nanton Nutraceuticals offers a healthy alternative to those accustomed to relying on coffee or other energy boosters.
And with a capacity to help the body produce mood-related neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, Rhodiola is also commonly used in place of some mood stabilizers and antidepressants, or as an adjunct to those, to help reduce their dosage (under medical supervision). Some find it can also help reduce the intensity of chronic pain; a combination of effects comparable to that of CBD.
These products are formulated in Alberta, Canada, from rhodiola grown in northern Alberta. This rhodiola undergoes a nine step quality control process to ensure its purity and efficacy.

Suggested Usage:
(Original) Rhoziva: Adults (age 18+): Take one capsule in the morning and one in the early afternoon, OR take two capsules in the morning. For best results, take 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. If you take it past the first half of your day, you may find yourself to be overly energized before bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place.
Rhoziva Teens: For those aged between 14 and 18 years: Take one capsule twice daily - one in the morning, and one in the early afternoon, with food, a few hours before or after taking any other medication you may be on. If you find the capsules difficult to swallow, you can open them up and mix their contents into a glass of water or juice. Store in a cool, dry place.

Original Rhoziva: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. For periodic use only. Consult a healthcare practitioner regarding use beyond 4 consecutive months. Store away from children.
Rhoziva Teens: Keep out of reach of children under the age of 14. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Do not exceed the recommended dose, except on the advice of a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking hormone replacement therapy, birth control pills or if you are taking antidepressant or prescription medications.
