Not your typical dried parsley. With ours, you get a real, fresh, green-leafy taste and vibrant colour. Simply Organic sells only the superior-flavored flat-leaf parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum), sometimes called Italian parsley. Most suppliers sell the common, weaker-flavored curly-leaf parsley because it’s easier to bottle. We take the trouble to fill our bottles with the most flavorful organically grown parsley available. These suppliers harvest the parsley and immediately transport it to an indoor drying facility to maximize quality.
On the grower side, we are supporting organic compost production in Tunisia right on our grower partner Herbiotech Aroma’s farm, providing both the equipment and training needed to produce and spread compost on its land. The result: beautiful, high-quality herbs that keep Mother Nature happy — and give real flavour to your cooking.
Organic Parsley
parsley plays well with everything savoury. Adds a mild, refreshing herbal flavour and bright flecks of colour to pasta, garlic toast, rice and potato dishes. Flavours soups, vegetables, sauces, gravies, dressings, stuffing, fish, eggs meats and...okay, you get the idea.
Add it directly to your favourite dishes, or reconstitute it first by soaking it in ice water for 5 to 10 minutes for an even fresher real bite.
